2) Design Conceptualisation:
Inputs received from the first stage are used to explore initial design concepts through a creative and iterative process, taking into consideration various aspects such as usability and management of content frameworks.

Design concepts are narrowed down and more focused towards refinement of content organisation and ease of use of the interface. A user centric design is then delivered which meets both business objectives and end user objectives.
